In the UK, more than 220,000 people experience homelessness. If there’s one word that defines their reality, it’s unconnected.

Our phones link us to jobs, services, support, and opportunities. But for people without a phone, this results in a huge gap between them and the rest of the world. 

giffgaff believes connection shouldn’t be a privilege.

So, they will give phones a second life, to give people a second chance and reducing the gap.
